I held the position of Head of Design and Marketing in the State Government of Chihuahua, Mexico, directing and coordinating a team of graphic designers, Mass Media strategists and working alongside other departments creating and executing marketing campaigns that attract and engage our target audience in order to inform citizens about government programs, services and actions. We achieved this by using Mass Media channels such as television, radio, billboards, magazines and newspaper.
