I am an accomplished healthcare leader with a proven track record in using quality processes to transform relationships into strategic partnerships to achieve growth and retention goals. With more than 15 years in managed care including account management/customer relations, operations, vendor management, and quality as well as a clinical background as a provider in both facility and office, profit and not-for-profit settings, I bring a multi-faceted perspective to healthcare management. I am excited when I have opportunities to participate in dynamic collaborative processes to drive valuable innovative solutions to improve outcomes in healthcare. For example, as a director in Account Management/Client Relations, I was able to create structures, processes, and lead initiatives to support our account team and customer base. Some outputs: coaching and disability programs addressing specific customers' needs while expanding our solution inventory, successful implementation of Mental Health Parity, and enhanced customer reporting packages. I believe that quality drives outcomes and outcomes drive growth.
