I am an accomplished healthcare leader with a proven track record in using quality processes to transform relationships into strategic partnerships to achieve growth and retention goals. With more than 15 years in managed care including account management/customer relations, operations, vendor management, and quality as well as a clinical background as a provider in both facility and office, profit and not-for-profit settings, I bring a multi-faceted perspective to healthcare management.
