Diana Cohn led the active litigation and prosecution of several hundred legal cases each year, representing the best interests of Florida’s children, in Leon, Jefferson, Wakulla, Gadsden, Franklin, and Liberty counties.In honor of her service to Florida’s families, Diana Cohn received several of the state’s top child advocacy accolades, including Children’s Home Society of Florida Family Champion Award and the DCF Excellence in Child Welfare Award.

Represented clients in family law, civil law, and immigration cases at the Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Clinic (IPVAC). As clinic supervisor, she worked collaboratively on family law issues with social workers, medical professionals, and community-based advocates.

Served as judicial clerk of the Family Law Division in Florida’s Eighth Judicial Circuit, supporting the Honorable Judge Mary Day Coker in trials pertaining to divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, dependency, delinquency, and adoption.
