Responsible for determining credit worthiness on new accounts; collecting receivables. Brought receivables to 98% current. Other responsibilities included: Assisting buying department with sourcing. Work with team regarding standardization of policies to achieve ISO 9000 rating. Presentations at company meetings on various topics.

Interacted with clients and prepared legal documents for review by attorneys. Recommended new collection software resulting in improved customer service and client satisfaction. Provided legal collection efforts for multiple clients.
