Current• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple Astro key accounts (Astro Fibre, AstroBiz, Base Management, Brand, Astro Kids, Astro Originals), ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of creative projects from ideation to execution.• Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and on ground activations, resulting in the increase of client engagement through successful campaigns.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by anticipating the clients needs, managing clients expectations, providing strategic recommendations, and delivering consistent value.• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure client briefs are fully realized and deadlines are met.• Key Achievements :- Managed the Astro Fibre x CTS campaign that resulted in 277% increase in submissions leading to 180% increase in activations, earned media value worth RM650K+ (ATL radio and publishers) along with 2.4M impressions (digital and base marketing).- Spearheaded the launch of Astro Fibre’s 500Mbps for RM90 enhancement campaign, which generated 76% increase in submissions and 67% increase in sales within the first month.- Responsible for AstroBiz’s new BizOne package launch which resulted in 20% growth in customer base, 12% conversion of the existing base to the new pack, 12% increase in ARPU, 81% increase in total number of website traffic and 1.53M views across YouTube, Meta and TikTok.- Successfully reinforced AstroBiz’s value proposition through BizOne’s Watch Party on-ground activations, with 2.2x crowd attendance exceeding the set KPI (KPI=500 attendees) and 5.9M reach through 3 media coverages.
