• Assisted in verifying that the architectural plans provided by the client, were compliant with the Ontario building code (OBC)• Assisted in providing solutions for existing structures that were not compliant with the OBC and provided drawings for the same• Prepared fire safety drawings for a mid-town apartment building that was OBC non-compliant

• Drafted and took on-site measurements of a three-storey mixed-use building containing 12 apartments. 4 stores and basement storage which was used by the client required by the client to prepare fire safety drawings.

Project - National Bank of Kuwait Headquarters by Fosters and Partners.http://www.fosterandpartners.com/projects/national-bank-of-kuwait/• Modeled the Drywall Partition on the exterior façade of the building on Revit (LOD 400 Model) and converted it into AutoCAD in order to send it to the subcontractors to proceed with the working drawings• Coordinated with the subcontractors of the drywall partitions and resulting in completion of the working drawings on schedule• Modeled the external waterproofing member on building to calculate the exact quantity of the element required thereby reducing wastage and this also helped in identifying any issues with the placement of waterproofing membrane• Modeled staircases using generic model in Revit and with the help of this model produced detail staircase drawings for construction• Ran clash detection in Naviswork 2014 between different elements in the building thereby reducing the chance issues arising at site during construction• Assisted in the identification and referral of employees for the NBK project by reaching out to social and academic networks resulting in the hiring of two full time Architects• Trained an architect in Revit using classroom method with assignments for a short period of time resulting in her hire to the NBK Project within a month
