Hey there 👋 So nice of you to stop by! I'm Diana – and my career has been everything but linear. I wanted to be a lawyer, so I worked at a law firm and immediately (okay, two years later) walked away. I then turned to bartending, bought a real estate book, started teaching myself how to code, fell in love with tech and find my footing at a company called Hotjar. That's where I fell in love with a problem so many companies face: churn. In that love pushed me into a career in customer success. I've been a CSM, coached and trained CS teams, and consulted on all things CS at a handful of startups. I started a business in Customer Success, Strategic CS Labs, and it's everything I wish I had when I first started my career in this field:Bite-size courses to help me figure out how to do CS from scratch (when there's little guidance and confidence in waning).I lead that with a co-founder 🫶🏽As a General Manager at Stand The F*ck Out, I'm in charge of making the business run so that our founder can do what he loves: Being the face of the company and giving our community all the value they deserve! We teach people how to ditch the get-rich-quick schemes and marketing bro "best practices" and build an authentic business that stands out from the crowd.
