Als sr. accountmanager beheer en onderhoud ik de relatie met grote dan wel complexe deelnemers en deelnemers in bijzonder beheer. Ik analyseer en beoordeel financiële en niet-financiële informatie om het risicoprofiel van een corporatie vast te stellen, dit is bepalend voor de mate van borging die wordt verstrekt. Waar nodig leg ik beheer- of herstelmaatregelen op. Bij herstructurering is minimalisering van evt. schade voor borg en sector leidend. Daarnaast volg ik de ontwikkelingen rondom zorgvastgoed en analyseer de eventuele risico's die daar voor de sector/onze borgstelling uit voort komen.Het WSW zorgt voor optimale financiering van woningcorporaties. Met de borg van het WSW kunnen corporaties geld lenen tegen de laagst mogelijke rente waardoor maximaal kan worden geïnvesteerd in sociale woningbouw en maatschappelijk vastgoed. WSW is een onafhankelijke private organisatie. WSW heeft een solide zekerheidsstructuur. De rating agencies Standard & Poor’s en Moody’s Investors Service hebben WSW een AAA resp. een Aaa rating gegeven.Het door het WSW geborgde volume bedroeg eind 2022 ca. €85 miljard.

Acted as financial adviser to Aruba Airport Authority.

Airport Development is the strategic department responsible for Schiphol's capacity in the long term. In the role of (financial) advisor or project leader I worked on diverse long term airport planning projects, including various feasibility studies and business cases.

Worked, as consultant, on various projects both at Schiphol and internationally, including setting up project control and- administration at SPC, introducing a management model for SPC (EFQM), project leader internal IT project (selection and implementation of ERP software), various international assignments (among which feasibility studies, business plans, privatisation business cases, in Gambia, Egypt, Portugal, South-Africa, Malaysia).

Worked on business planning, quarterly reports, set up of project control and -administration, structuring of project information and reports, feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, drafting of investment proposals for Management, Supervisory and Advisory Boards.
