Haras du Ry is an international based show-jumping and training facility that offers in the same time high quality accomodation services.As a business administration manager I was responsible for ensuring, developping and maintaining the relationship with existing customers and suppliers. I was also responsible for administrating the property, ensuring the increase of the sales and providing the business development strategy, acting as first liaison between the CEO and the clients.

Acting as the main liaison between Tiffin University EMBA and University of Bucharest, I was responsible for conducting, negociating and closing all sales contracts. As a recruitment officer my main responsibility was to persuade into joining the EMBA program all the suitable candidates.

As a junior accountant my main responsibility was to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks such as: preparing financial statements and reporting, update accounts receivable and issue invoices, update accounts payable and perform reconciliations, update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed, acting as the main liaison between Tiffin EMBA and the Univesrity of Bucharest, processing all the work related to the acquisitions: receiving offers, analyzing the offers received, elaborating the contracts and closing the deal.

As an Office Manager I was responsible for ensuring all the work related to the good functioning of the Bucharest office: assisting the Director in all his work; recording office expenditure and managing the budget; organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment; providing all the necessary supplies for the classes; writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations; managing filling systems; responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
