Therefore, I landed a role as a fulltime Product Owner where I was very closely collaborating with colleagues in HR, IT and Supply Chain.- Product Owner placed in Global HR Operations in a project aiming to deliver Workforce Dimensions (UKG). The project consisted of three teams where I was Product Owner for an "Engagement & Support" team responsible for delivering a support- and hyper care model, training for all end users and internal HR teams, the communication strategy, etc. As a Product Owner, I was personally responsible for:• Acting as a full-time Product Owner for a team of 8 colleagues from IT and HR. • Creating the direction for the team including defining all features, user stories, etc.• In close collaboration with experienced Scrum Masters, to ensure agile principles were followed and the team was ready for PI planning. In the project, we, among other things, achieved:• Creating end to end processes for the support- and hyper care model incl. HR master data, HR support, payroll support, and system support. • Creating training sessions and material for all Team Leaders in Sweden. • Creating a "go live" and continuous awareness campaign for our Swedish dairies. Other assignments:• Responsible for a 3-month evaluation project to identify learnings from a large-scale project and make recommendations for future projects. I and a fellow colleague conducted 25 interviews and wrote a 40 page report. • Team member in a project creating a strategy for attracting digital and tech. candidates.• Process optimization and mapping in collaboration with different teams. -
