I have held many positions during my time at this bank. Over the years, the bank has changed names and ownership, but I have remained with them during the transitions. I was originally hired by Bannister Bank & Trust as a bank teller. After being in that position for a couple of years and doing well, I was promoted to being a teller supervisor and a personal banker. Both of these positions challenged me to learn so much and grow in my career. In, 2001, Bannister Bank & Trust purchased Union Bank and decided to change the name of the bank to Union Bank. I was part of the transition team and helped to make sure everything went smoothly. I continued to work in new accounts during this time. It was in 2010 when our branch of Union Bank was sold to a new owner and that is when we became Preferred Bank. I continued to work hard and in 2014, I was promoted to be an assistant vice president and branch manager at our Lee's Summit location. Show less
