Developed the GTM strategy. Co-led a complex website design and development project, leveraging Shopify Plus, Recharge and accompanying apps. Directed the development of Spritz’s brand system and standards with an external agency to ensure Spritz entered the market with a definable brand ID. Developed Spritz impact positioning and strategy, and completed Spritz’s “pending B Corp” status application. Set to launch 2023.

As the Co-Chair for the Young Women's Council, I am responsible for directing and supporting the council governance, developing the annual direction and strategic priorities for the YWC and providing leadership and support for sub-committee plans and members (events, ambassadors and communications). Since my appointment began, I have successfully directed and supported the launch of the first YWC Ambassador Program, communications growth (including our YWC quarterly newsletter) and two annual Wellness Week events, featuring key speakers and leaders in the Greater Vancouver Area.
