Diana is from Bogotá, Colombia. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 1994. She has worked in sales and customer service for over 25 years. She began her Real Estate career in 2005 selling pre-construction projects. In the years since, she has been serving buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners in the South Florida area to accomplish their Real Estate goals. She helps guide home buyers and sellers, in the sale of estate properties, condos, pre-construction, new construction, and single-family homes. She is Short Sale and REO certified and she guides her clients through every facet of the sale or purchase. Much of Diana's success can be attributed to discretion and negotiation style, an approach that has achieved exceptional results for her clients. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Miami Board of Realtors. At a very young age, she, her brother, and her four sisters worked with her father in their father’s family business; where she learned that hard work, commitment, and persistence are key to achieving goals. Her childhood and teenage years shaped her personality into being fearless and perseverant despite any difficult circumstances. In Colombia, she worked as the general training coordinator for a large restaurant chain. She developed customer service manuals and coordinated the working relationships between the employees of the administrative office, the production plant, and the franchise restaurants. Through this position, she advanced the company’s goals of improved communications and increased sales. Presently, Diana works for Keller Williams Central where she has served on the Board of Directors, has been named the top-producing solo agent, and has mentored new agents. She has received community recognition from The House of Hispanic American Culture for her contribution to the economy and Hispanic culture in Florida, and from The Office of the Vice Mayor of Broward County for her support in promoting the Florida International Trade and Cultural Expo. Diana is driven by her passion to assist others on their journey to achieve their goals using her social work background and her knowledge of real estate. She was invited to participate as a panelist in the Silicon Valley Women’s Economic Forum 2021. The panel focused on how the ingenuity, innovation, and tenacity of Hispanics are driving some of the largest companies in the world. Diana thinks that we must walk life with a purpose, impact the lives of others, and leave a legacy for the next generation.
