As a Senior Network Development Associate, Diana was responsible for the training and development of members of the Network Development Team. She also works alongside her colleagues to develop new processes and protocols to support research teams based in 16 offices in Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.

Diana served as an Associate on the Network Development Team at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). GLG offers select access to online and offline platforms that empower leading professionals to make the right connection to people, ideas and opportunities in an effort to drive smarter and more successful business outcomes. In this role, Diana conducts multi-sector research to recruit experts and industry professionals for specific client requests.

While at Lilly & Company, Diana served as liaison between prominent Texas Republican politicians (ranging from Representatives in Texas House to Speaker of United States House of Representatives) and engaged constituents across the state. She worked to forge and develop relationships between clients and new donors as well as introducing clients into new markets. Diana managed clients independently with supervision while following overall firm strategy and vision. Additionally, she served as one of the company's graphic designers--creating logos, letterhead, mailers and invitations for various clients of firm. Through this experience, Diana developed relationships with political staff and lobbyists throughout Texas.

While at the 12th Man Foundation, Diana served as a representative in the organization's call center. She solicited contributions for Texas A&M's Athletic Department through contacting alumni, faculty & students and building a rapport with current donors.
