Running a business has enough challenges without having to put up with bad technology. You need someone who will help you succeed with technology. If it doesn't make work easier or better in some way, why have it? My specialty is Microsoft 365 Business Premium and helping business move to cloud technology because of the numerous advantages it provides. ⏳MY HISTORYOne day, I realized that I enjoyed being the go-to tech person in the office more than my regular job, so I left to pursue an entry-level tech support position with Teleflora. Eventually, I had the opportunity to travel to some of the largest florists in the country doing installation and training. After leaving to stay home with our children, I would get requests from businesses and individuals for tech help, so in 2004 I formed The Computer Monkey, LLC. My husband, Steve, came up with that name because he is the creative one between the two of us, and his affectionate nickname for me was Monkey. He has owned his own business since 1994. Originally, I took care of his business technology because the price was right, now my price has gone up, but he still keeps me around.
