Customer Service Supervisor
- Responsibilities included:
- Providing high quality service to external as well as internal branch clients by assisting inthe administration of all branch business including deposit operations and loan activity support.
- Managing the safety and security of branch employees and customers.
- Participating in the hiring process of new employees and handling personnel-related issues and scheduling.
- Supervising branch employees and monitoring their customer service level ensuring it’s within the bank’s standards.
- Assisting branch manager in developing a strong sales culture and implementing referral programs by applying proactive strategies, participating and leading branch marketing activities and campaigns.
