My passion for real food has me busy writing a series of health-related e-books; two more to be launched in 2014. Although I grew up in Edmonton, Alberta I have traveled around the world a few times; spending time in India, Japan, China, Tibet, Bali, Europe and lived in England for 19 years.I am available for consultations about your personal nutrition, helping you tweak your diet for healthy regeneration. It is a gift ware company I started while living in London, UK. We designed (I was the designer), manufactured, distributed to over 500 shops in the UK, to a few other countires around the world. Also, we had a shop in Covent garden and a mail order business. We were very busy! We did all of the big gift ware trade shows in England.
