I love working with clients to untangle knotty problems that impact them or their team's performance.I do this with my extensive culture change consultancy skills, systemic coach training, and application of organisational psychology-based research.I love collaborating with teams to work out the reasons ‘why’ behind a people or culture-related challenge. Then with over 20 years of experience, energy, and knowledge, I bring creative and innovative solutions to untangle challenges and grow people’s capabilities. In 2022, one of my designs and execution approaches for a client was recognised by the Association for Business Psychology, achieving runner-up in the Excellence in Innovation category. It was also short-listed in the Learning and Development category, at the Personal Awards.I’m motivated by seeing everyone do amazing things, and getting people started on solving a challenge is where I thrive. When I’m not inspiring and supporting clients, I’m working on nunc, a drinks business I co-founded. It’s all part of living a healthier life!
