Created an on-boarding program to welcome a new slate of board members.• Championed GameStop's digital transformation including ERP and numerous system implementations. I was the executive sponsor of GameStop’s ERP SAP S/4 HANA implementation - successfully went live October 2022.• Successfully negotiated with global vendors, banks, credit insurance agencies, credit rating agencies and landlords during and post COVID.• Designed organization structures and operating models to effectively work globally with one set of standard policies and procedures. • Established GameStop’s America’s Shared Services including account payables, lease administration, account receivables, business licenses, procurement operations and T&E.

Raised $1.6 billion in at-the-market offerings, on-boarded new executives, outsourced internal audit, oversaw financial planning & analysis and investor relations team. Worked closely with SEC, S&P and Moody's, analysts, shareholders and institutional investors, board of directors (departing and incoming), bankers, credit insurance companies and key vendors. All in addition to CAO duties.

The Global Finance Transformation Strategy covered five pillars (People, Process, Systems, Data Integrity & Management, and Business Partnership).• Established strategy and executed on building JUUL's Global Business Service Center in Poland responsible for Accounting and Tax compliance for 17 European countries. Assumed accountability for global finance operations.• Finance lead on selecting SAP S4/HANA system and delivered global finance key design decisions, business scenarios, user acceptance testing scripts and Data clean-up and migration strategies.• Built a new Finance Transformation function responsible globally for 1) End-to-End global finance process architecture design, 2) Finance Portfolio Management Office, 3) Finance Change Management Office 4) Operational Governance & Controls, 5) Finance Learning & Development.

Equinix is a global platform that interconnects businesses with 200+ datacenters.Roles assumed:- Head of Global Accounting - Transformed the Record-to-Report cycle. Accomplishments include implementation of Trintech Cadency & ReconNet for balance sheet reconciliations, Kyriba for Inter-company loan accounting & management. Role included managing a team responsible for consolidation of 100+ global legal entities and M&A opening balance sheet accounting.- Business lead for Acquire-to-Retire Transformation Program. Project objective was to transform the entire assets life-cycle by deploying an end-to-end vision based on enhanced policies, templates, processes and systems. This transformation was accomplished while reorganizing the work and skills capabilities ensuring a consistent global automated process that can scale for expected future growth. Project deliverables included:1. Drafting policies with illustrative decision trees & FAQs specifically for the engineering teams.2. Implementing Oracle Projects. Developing Item Master framework/ governance.3. Implementing Oracle Asset Tracking and the related governance.4. Implementing robotics for fixed assets accounting and reporting.

Responsible for all accounting and reporting, finance operations of the North America region as well as full ownership of the centralized Visa Inc. balance sheet.

Following Visa’s IPO, built a new global department focusing on establishing Visa’s accounting policies and providing technical guidance to the finance and business community.
