Employee as part of the Global Trainee Program which is a strategic tool for the development of promising professionals with a strong industrial background to become the future Tenaris leaders. Reported to the plant´s manager the plans and results of my objective. Highlighted Achievements• Increased the capacity of production non-stop of a hot rolling mill tool from 1500 to 2700 pieces per campaign.• Reduced the cost of production of a specific product having impact on the general production.• Improved the cooling system of the hot rolling mill tool by the study and tests of the cooling elements performance.• Enhanced the proper control of the status of the tool in order to improve our customer service.• Implemented changes in the tool administration guarantying the maximum performance of the tool.• Innovate a pipelining installation which reduced the pipe deformation and facilitated the workers activity.• Encouraged the team to take action by pointing out several areas of improvement with a global impact.• Inspired a culture of respect where positive morale and an open dialogue were between the workers and engineers to propitiate teambuilding.
