I am responsible for client and other stakeholder liaison, sales growth and solutions sales support, as well as providing market and customer insights to Product Management in order to inform product strategy. Previously, as Head of Operations overseeing Access Services in Europe for Ericsson, I managed captioning, audio description, sign language translation and localisation operations in multiple countries, delivering 24/7 live services to dozens of the most demanding media customers in the world.My previous role as General Manager of Red Bee Media subsidiaries in Spain and Germany gave me extremely valuable and unique cross-discipline experience – from front-line sales and communications, to detailed financial and operational workflow analysis.Over 15 years in audiovisual and broadcast services has given me the opportunity to experience what it is to build and form part of a truly high performing team, to pioneer and deliver services that make a difference to lives, to turn around a business during a financial crisis and to understand that communication is the key to convincing even the most hardened cynic.Originally trained as a translator and specialising in localisation and access services, I’m a native speaker of English and Spanish, fluent in Catalan and have intermediate French & Portuguese.
