This gave me a bit of an outsiders perspective on an industry that for so long has gotten away with a sole emphasis on technical expertise and top down 'expert talking to non-expert' approach that leaves business owners and their teams feeling talked down to and unsupported.As I found personal success working in technical roles and later IT consultant roles, I couldn't help but notice my clients appreciated a different approach.
