As the IT Director for Asia, my responsibility was to oversee complete information technology needs for the $125 million business. I mastered first hand technical and industry experience in solving business problems when implementing IT solutions cross the company in America, China, India, Pakistan, and Hongkong. I also gained solid understanding and knowledge on all the business processes from concept to product, marketing to sales, order to fulfillment. Key Accomplishments: Led team to develop a web based product-development management system to replace third-party software. Increased business productivity globally by streamlining processes and improved user experience, reduced maintenance cost by 30%. Initiated to replace legacy templates used by US users with new web based product specification system to improve the data entry productivity (Reduced the specification generation time from hours to minutes).  Designed and developed information portal that enabled users to search information across systems located in different countries which previously had been isolated. Allowed users to access real-time information for agile decision making. Selected and integrated the Business Object Enterprise as the BI solution to auto-deliver operational and transactional reports to internal and external customers. Net improvement of on-time delivery performance increased from under 50% to over 92%.
