Leading the APAC professional services team that manages Ask Jamie Virtual Assistant/Chatbot projects for more than 40 government agencies and commercial clients. Manage an eight-man project team running the Ask Jamie Virtual Assistant/Chatbot projects for more than 30 government agencies. Support commercial enquires as well as tender and proposal submission. Work closely with Lead Consultant from development team and liaise with support to follow up on reported issues.

Manage virtual assistant/chatbot projects from Kick-off to Go Live. Capture and document client requirements. Guide clients through the process of on boarding to ensure that client projects are launched successfully.

- Part of the team working on the iSHaRe (Integrated System in Healthcare for Research)project. - Mainly focused on the e-CIRB module, allowing the Centralised Institutional ReviewBoard to go paperless. - Involved in requirements gathering and preparation of processes and workflow documentation.

• Lead migration of the Pharmacy system from Access to an ASP.NET web based system.
• Design and developed the Call Centre System for OFP to capture and track requests.
• Designed and developed the Medical Records Office module in an existing system to support tracking and borrowing of medical record files.
• Enhanced the Community Hospital Patient Admission System to cater for Day Rehab Centre service.
