Looking for an additional challenge, I joined a startup company, Interactio, on a part-time basis. My main role is to find new channels to market using active lead resourcing. During my time here, I was a part of a team informing business decisions and developing best practices for future Business Development.Main responsibilities - account management and client onboarding, who are located all over the globe.

Most of my daily activities revolve around ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of IT Infrastructure upgrade/implementation projects for various client companies. I am highly familiar with the Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM/LEAN) methodologies.My main responsibilities are:• Initial audit – initiation and coordination with the technical team and the client stakeholders during the audit, as well as owning the processes, risks and strategy parts of the audit, producing the final documentation and working closely with the client stakeholders to deliver the findings and recommendations for improvements;• Initiating relevant projects from the audit findings, including relevant project documentation;• Forming a project team, scheduling and budgeting for the project;• Ongoing management of the project delivery team;• Providing status reports for stakeholders, expectation setting;• Enacting Business Change procedures;• Onboarding new clients;• Providing training to clients on any new systems;Some of my recent projects include:• Infrastructure implementation projects for large clients in the following fields: Scientific, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Services;• Project to expand offerings to the CIS market;

In this position, I am involved in all the Projects relating to the procurement of goods and services for the company’s internal needs. This involves negotiations, relationship management, and signing contracts with providers of services, ensuring that all the contracts abide by the company’s General Terms and Conditions. I am the point of contact for any enquiries from internal staff regarding high level administrative matters and assign tasks accordingly to resolve any issues.

As a Project Coordinator, I oversee the day-to-day tasks of the largest department of the company. These range from dealing with vendors to secure the most favourable conditions, ensuring the staff are coordinated as to their assignments, take care of the ERP system and Active Directory administration, act as the liaison for communication between the field employees and clients, ensure effective and timely procurement of necessary work and related materials (ex. Plane/ferry tickets, Rental cars, etc.).I am also a Project Manager for a seasonal project Eglutes.lt – an online retailer of Christmas Trees. I am responsible for organizing project timelines, deliverables and budgets, and overseeing its completion. To successfully run the project, I need to be extremely organised and keep a strict timetable, ensure direct and effective communication between all parties involved (procurement, e-retail service, delivery) and keep track of the state of the project on a daily basis.

At Feridus, I started as a Sales Consultant working directly with customers in a store, consulting them on healthy living, performing BMI analyses and recommending suitable food supplements. It was a highly customer-facing environment with a high level of responsibility to the client for making solid and though out recommendations.At the end of this project, I transitioned into a Project Analyst role, reviewing the data from the project and customer feedback, and providing actionable insights to the management with the goal to improve further projects.Once the analysis stage was complete, I transitioned to a yet another role within the company, acting as a Brand Ambassador and Business Development Executive, as by that point I was the subject matter expert on the project and had first-hand experience from client interactions, which helped me increase sales. For this stage of work, I would often have to organise and deliver presentations, arrange meetings and pitch the product.
