-Build and maintain relationships with leadership in major healthcare, public health, vaccine, health equity organizations and government both nationally and locally to coordinate equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines, connect community-based organizations to relevant contacts for support or clarity, and collaborate across a broad network of local and national partners.-Provide updates on the latest research, guidance and information related to the COVID-19 pandemic to our staff, partners and grantees in plain language. This includes co-hosting monthly webinars to answer questions from individuals in our coalition and providing state specific updates to coalitions in our network of 113 community-based organizations across 24 states. -Co-created and launched a Yale-accredited training course to help doctors, nurses and other health care professionals talk more effectively with patients about the COVID-19 vaccine. -Led a school pilot project to observe and test whether community-based organizations can provide capacity in the form of trusted messengers to share accurate information about, and access to, COVID-19 vaccine clinics in a school setting.
