• Evaluated participants' experiences surrounding the inclusion of males and their impact on females' vulnerabilities in an anti-violence programme; required to reevaluate the design & implementation • Collected and analysed qualitative and quantitative research gathered via surveys/questionnaires, to determine patterns or effects on females' vulnerabilities in the programme. • Recommendations were provided to Asante Africa to restructure facilitators and curriculum in order to effectively and safely teach co-ed sessions with topics on sexuality, health and violence.

Zanzibar, Tanzania

• Collaborated with local institutions to create and implement gender policies and corresponding Actions Plans for our partner's (The Vocational Training Authority (VTA)) goal to enrol and attain female students• Created and facilitated SASH sessions for.volunteers, partner staff and students to encourage safe learning and living environments for female students and staff • Coordinated and managed the completion of PSP activities under Gender, Environment and Marketing categories for the VTA's aims to change curriculum and alter gendered professional stereotypes Gender Coordinator responsibilities include; Developing and organizing EQWIP HUBs Women’s workshops on Team Building, Menstrual Hygiene Health, and Public Speaking/Communication. Teaching compulsory gender modules within the EQWIP HUBs curriculum. Working together with the Business Advisor to aid YIF (Youth Innovation Fund) applicant's business gender awareness programs.

Mwanza, Tanzania

• Designed and delivered a Tracer Study which measured EQWIP Hubs participants' livelihood post-programme and informed out partner's decision to support the sustainability of the project • Analysed gender disparities on access to employment and education for females; the report was utilised to alter the curriculum & design of the programme to target female empowerment• Completed a comprehensive literature review and risk assessment (report) on female and youth employment and entrepreneurship necessary to inform Tracer Study research design
