As Senior Director, I have improved KCC's competitive position and have grown our marketshare by developing and executing marketing and business development goals. My passions include developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, working with organizations to building strong relationships, developing and executing digital marketing strategy, and managing client networking.

As Business Development Manager, I have increased KCC's visibility and have driven business development initiatives that have increased our company's marketshare. I creatively help and drive the business development strategy through the maintenance of client relationships, including client outreach initiatives. I take pride in overseeing and managing all marketing, conferences and events related to KCC Class Action Services.

As Business Development Specialist at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, an AMLaw 100 firm, I managed aspects of the firm's internal and external websites. In addition, I worked closely with the Public Relations Director to create and prepare collateral materials. My responsibilities also included managing firmwide sponsorships, pitches, RFPs, web management, blogs, facilitating events, managing firm listings, and administrative tasks. Prior to being the Business Development Specialist, I was the Business Development Coordinator and Assistant.

I coordinated the preparation and creation of collateral materials, including the firm’s Hispanic/Latino newsletter "Enfoque," and the firm’s internal publication "In The News." In addition, I assisted in editing brochures, including printing and distribution. During my time as the Business Development Coordinator, I coordinated, tracked and managed firmwide sponsored events which included interfacing with various departments within the firm. I worked closely with the Executive Director and Practice Group Leaders to obtain approval while adhering to firm set guidelines. At year end, I provided financial and statistical reports to firm management to track progress.Additional responsibilities included maintaining content on the firm website, intranet and blogs utilizing proprietary software.

- Assisted with several projects dealing with the "Colorado Compassion Initiative" (granted by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services) serving non-profit organizations throughout the state of Colorado.- Organized and facilitated seminars throughout Colorado.- Researched and developed a media database to assist in selecting a software comparison program.- Wrote press releases.
