In addition to supporting the President and CEO, I am involved in several marketing programs under the guidance of the SVP and Director of Market Development. Those programs include: Wine, Water and Wonders of Upstate NY, Family Funtastic Roc, and NYC Presence Market Development. Additionally I serve as secretary of our Board of Directors and manage office.

After ten months as a part time associate, followed by just under 2 years as a full time Assistant Manager, I have closed out my retail career with just shy of $715,000 in sales. Other responsibilities included employee recruitment, interviewing, on-boarding and mentoring, professional and genuine customer service, relationship building, visual.

I was responsible for reaching weekly and monthly sales goals while building customer relationships and providing product knowledge.

Coordination of Courage Bowl related events including Carry the Ball for Couage and Halftime Car Giveaway, as well as staff support for Tournament of Love golf tournament and the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition and Fundraising dinner and oversight of outside fundraising initiatives.

Oversee team operations including but not limited to:-Player Contracts-Team Travel-Assisting in organization of team tryouts-Oversee game day operations and management of interns-Assist the President & General Manager and Team Owner with day to day business operations-Occasionally complete special projects such as team exhibition booklets or luxury suite.
