My Position: Talent Acquisition and Development ManagerWhat I do: - Development and management of talent strategy, recruitment, and employer branding. Always seeking highly skilled talent- Development and facilitation of New Hire Onboarding/Orientation so that new hires will have the tools, company history, product knowledge and networking experiences that they need to feel a part of the company from Day 1.- Training & Development, High Potential Program, Succession Planning - Providing development opportunities for our Associates is extremely important at Glen Raven.- Diversity and Inclusion - University Relations / Internship Programs - Glen Raven has a strong internship program. We provide meaningful learning experiences for students. Through our various programs Interns know that they are valued. Intern Lunch & Learn Program: Lunch meeting opportunities once a week to meet with Associates from different departments, learn about their job and career paths. Intern Summit: A 2 day event where Interns learn about all areas of the company through presentations from subject matter experts, travel to and tour plant facilities, and have time to spend together.
