One of the main phrases I remember my dad repeating to me growing up was to 'work smarter, not harder'. It has stuck with me and has turned into a love of finding more efficient ways to do everything. I do not like waste in any form. I also have a passion to do what I can to keep Earth as it currently is (or better) and to instill this mindset in others.Henkel has provided the opportunity for me to explore both passions. This year I am working on an initiative to map all processes for customer operations and create efficiencies where needed while being the sustainability culture leader for our department. I also co-chair the NA employee Sustainability Action Team for all divisions and departments.I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
