Diana Ridgeway has been with NACVA® and the CTI™ since 2006. She is a highly motivated individual with extensive experience working for companies that are continually looking ahead to the future as the pursuit of excellence is a perpetual goal which led her to developing the administrative side for two successful start-up companies. As a member of the NACVA/CTI team, Diana balances several roles from an education and quality perspective. She is responsible for the management of all live course curriculums and continually looks for avenues to improve upon processes and development where applicable. She assists with developing and sustaining the high standards of quality within NACVA/CTI and is responsible for maintaining NASBA compliancy. More importantly, Diana is an individual with a deep appreciation for the necessity of interpersonal skills who continually studies how best to relate to and support others. A degree in Psychology enhances her leadership abilities as she continues to learn how to effectively help others tap into their extraordinary potential both personally and professionally. Diana is involved in various humanitarian projects as making a difference in the lives of others is her passion.
