The mentoring program provided me with a valuable opportunity to explore the dynamic world of IT and gain insight into where my unique skills and interests could potentially thrive within the industry. Oh, what a journey it was! My main responsibility was Digital Marketing. I created a well-functioning online shop Micars and administered social network accounts on Facebook and Instagram.*2017-2022 I was responsible for marketing the products of more than 70 different Latvia's small producers, through our on site and online store Micars. It included Social media activities, such as product posting on Micars Facebook and Instagram pages, ad campaigns, product photos + descriptions, copy writing etc.*2017-2022 I also work part time as our store Micars manager-seller. It's always good to feel how your small business is working, while being right in the middle of the process. It helped me to better understand my client and be able to better meet their needs.* 2017-2020 I was also our sales team leader B2C (5 shop assistants). I conducted our sales teams trainings for working with cash registers, customer service, as well as product knowledge. I have always paid a lot of attention to the work with the client - good customer service has always been my priority.* In 2019, I created an online store for my business using the Mozello platform. It operated until September 2022 when we closed our business. I was fully responsible for everything related to the online shop. Design, product display (pictures + descriptions), order processing, blog writing.* In my daily work for the last 5 years, I have also prepared monthly sales result reports for our store, as well as online store

I created, managed and marketed the idea/brand "Happy Ulula" - bright and cheerful hats for children and adults. I did the production as well as all product selling. I created an online shop www.happyulula.lv, which worked very well. I created and maintained the brand's social network accounts on Facebook and Instagram- product placements, photos, copywriting. The brand became sufficiently recognizable in Latvia, I am proud of that.
