Work closely with HRIS Manager to help process employment data and assist in overseeing and maintaining optimal function of the HRIS, which includes installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.

Working as a Human Resources Assistant, I was able to perform data entry and administrative tasks to update employee records and personnel files. Assisted the HR manager in various HR projects and completed them in timely manner.

As a private insurance processor, I was in charge of verifying and processing new insurance policies, modifying existing ones and obtaining information from policyholders to verify the accuracy of their accounts. I worked close with customers explaining their insurance policies so that they can get the best coverage in their dental needs.

As a dental assistant I worked close with patients improving my communication skills and customer service skills. I was responsible for providing the patient with high quality care by performing a variety of office, laboratory, and patient care duties.
