I have been successfully selling real estate since 1980. My many years of experience have given me excellent negotiating skills and extensive contract, financing and escrow knowledge. My experience is extremely helpful when advising clients. It gives me an insight on all phases of the real estate transaction whether buying or selling. In order to be an effective real estate resource for my clients, I regularly attend educational classes and seminars. I have held a Broker's license since 1983. I have also received the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations from the National Association of Realtors. I believe that education and honest communication are the keys to helping my clients meet their real estate goals. The greatest reward I receive from my career is the satisfaction and thrill of helping a buyer or seller make their dream a reality. My success with this philosophy is proven with repeat and referral business. My husband Larry and I love living in Aptos. I feel so blessed to have my family close by. My daughters and their families make family get together's especially fun.My favorite activity (after the family activities) is music. I enjoy playing the piano, singing in the Twin Lakes Church choir, and the Monterey Bay Celebration Choir. The Celebration Choir concerts raise funds for music camps through Music Camp International for children in Romania, Ukraine and Crimea. I was fortunate to assist as a teacher's assistant for the music camp in Bucharest, Romania in 2005. My experience with the children at the camp sparked a strong commitment to assist Music Camp International's mission to bring music to orphans and underprivileged children. I am so fortunate to live in this beautiful county.
