Preparation of documents/contracts for the Production Organization Department (reports and memos, fax, etc.), supervision of the work; keeping in touch with the heads of delegates for each project separately; permanent updates of the agenda of events; coordination of the set design and scenery construction; maintaining and developing the database of suppliers, updating it regularly, identifying together with the managers of each department the product requirements and supply orders; scheduling of orders to the suppliers and their launch under the planning stage; negotiating contracts, conditions of acquisition and maintaining the links with internal and external suppliers; checking invoices according to price controls-products launched; budget management and cost optimization; prospecting and negotiation of shooting locations; protocol and accessories for the Production Organization Department, preparing the situation of employee’s hours worked/month for the Production Organization Department (camera operators, drivers, assembly publishers, reporters).
