Companies willing to increase their business revenue should trust employees which are capable to detect a new market niche, or to adapt&change the existing products/services to the existing market tendencies & needs. The sales & development strategy should be always changing/ improving by finding a faster,easier and mostly atypical way of approach. The written economic ideologies,strategies and rules aren't always applicable in the real-world (at the current market condition) if you aren't willing to adapt and find new formulas.Stiffness was not my friend if I should describe my past professional experiences, and I would never take that word for adoption in the future opportunities -when we refer to management issues.
