Liger educates promising youth of today to develop socially conscious, entrepreneurial leaders of tomorrow. We provide a residential scholarship program for economically disadvantaged students that combines a comprehensive, internationally competitive education with an innovative STEM and entrepreneurship curriculum. Liger believes a meaningful investment in the right few will change the lives of many.

Advise public charities and private foundations on all aspects of their formation, operations and compliance obligations, including handling the formation of legal entities, establishing tax-exempt status with U.S. federal and state authorities, developing mission statements and objectives, managing growth through strategic planning, advising on corporate governance issues, acting as company secretary, preparing budgets, and assisting with audits, organizational development, program management and U.S. domestic and international grant-making.

Advised all aspects of public charities and private foundations. Reviewed private equity and hedge fund documents and negotiated side letters for 501(c)(3) organizations and foreign entities. Advised issuers, underwriters, collateral managers, insurers and investors on tax aspects of hundreds of debt and equity offerings, including CDOs, CLOs, CFOs, synthetic CDOs, commercial paper issuances, loan and repurchase agreements. Prepared presentations and article regarding REIT requirements.

Liaised between JP Morgan Community Relations and Philanthropic Services department and Brooklyn Information and Culture, a JP Morgan grant recipient.

Established sales and marketing strategy for new book/web site, Internet Cool Guide, generating over $45,000 in sales revenue.

Used French, German and English languages and cultures to implement international telemarketing and pre-sales campaigns for multinational Information Technology companies.

Raised $10,000 to found Tutoring Program serving over 600 undergraduate students. Facilitated discussions on ethnicity and diversity. Designed and implemented programs related to women’s issues on campus, including health issues, academic support, Women's Leadership Conferences, and Herstory Celebration. Over 2050 attendees at Women’s Herstory activities.
