• Develop tools for media outreach and key collateral pieces such as brochures, sales sheets, press kit pieces and bios for sustainably focused clients including Whole Foods Market

• Qualify and quantify portfolio data for Investment partners, legal teams and other departments
• Supervise a team of four coordinators to facilitate efficient and effective day to day functioning of the asset management department
• Oversee the accurate administration of lease and loan documents for 40 million square feet of real estate
