I created the Nature Coaching Academy to teach how to facilitate coaching sessions in connection with Nature. The programs take place in Italy and internationally, through partnerships with local coaches.Nature Coaching and Forest Coaching® are an original integration of ecopsychology, biomimicry, biophilic design, circular thinking, wild thinking, nature-connection, maieutic dialogue and somatic coaching.The ultimate purpose is restoring our connections: within ourselves, the others, and our beloved planet, to co-create a future of life for all living beings (human and not-human).

I am a learning designer and experiential trainer, with a specific experience in teamship & leadership development.In the experiences I design for corporate teams and leaders, I integrate my training in Philosophy, Anthropology, Ecopsychology, Biomimicry and Neuroscience.The result is a unique approach to learning that has no equals in Italy.I trained in the Systems View of Life with Fritjof Capra (USA), Plant intelligence for social innovation and Biomimicry with the University of Florence (prof. I think Nature is the best teacher when it comes to solving the complex problems that humanity is now facing, and we have a lot to learn from its strategies, proven across 3.8 billion years evolution.I'm eager to put my experience, passion and competence in service of new teamship & leadership development projects!

I am an expert in experiential learning, with a specific experience in team facilitation, leadership development and change management, skills I've developed in over 15 years of experience in corporate settings, as HR manager, HR Training manager and HR training specialist.In my training experiences I have a special expertise in drum circle facilitation (where people come together and play drums and percussion), using the orchestra as a powerful metaphor of organisational excellence.I have also developed an original outdoor training experience based on nature connection and listening to the natural environment: an effective way to incorporate mindfulness and well being into team experiences.I love working on teamship and leadership skills, for personal development, group empowerment, conflict and diversity management, stress relief, mindfulness development.

I was employed full-time at Alumat srl between 2000 and 2009, first as an Internal / External Communication Specialist and developer (my first employment) and then as a Project Manager, Management system designer, and Quality Management System Manager. After 2009, I started reducing my time at Alumat while I developed my freelance work as a Leadership and Team Development Specialist, Executive and leadership Coach, and team builder.Between 2009 and 2020, I gradually reduced my time in the company and developed my client base outside, working part-time until finally, at the end of 2018, I was ready to ask for a substitute. It took one more year to transition out of the company entirely.Throughout these years, I focused on managing the Management system I had created and implemented and on managing internal programs for HR development and learning. I also cared for internal and external communication plan strategy and implementation (the most creative side of my work, which I particularly loved and enjoyed).I was also in charge of team development for the leadership teams of two different plants in Italy.These years as an internal manager have taught me much about what it means to be a manager and work within an organisation, supporting its development and people.I have always loved my work and feel so lucky to have had the chance to know the corporate world from the inside. This is a value I still sell to my coaching clients today.Enabling a healthy relational workplace and finding efficient ways to reach our goals have always been my focus.For many years, I've supported the management teams in co-creating the best ways to work together effectively and efficiently while developing the quality of their everyday relationships.

I supported Curti Ascensori in a delicate phase of process analisys and strategic planning.I developed a project of team building for the leaders of the organizational change.
