Responsible for driving business relationships and increasing overall sales of businesses in Miami Dade County.

• Led 300 employee company move in a one-year period by:• Identify the need to move 3 locations into only one- successfully led site search from a real estate and finance perspective; tenant/ owner representative; managed negotiations from beginning to end; close on 7 year lease at below market rates.• Manage move in its entirety- hired move committee to include Architect, Project Manager, MEP, and other subcontractors related to build out.• Save over $20/ sq ft/ month in new site through a 7 year lease contract, or $4,900,000.• Successful close out of existing leases with savings of over $300,000.• Develop and deploy strategies for executive team of planned changes.• Facilitate feedback and action planning sessions to drive organizational improvements. • Lead change management projects across the enterprise and/or with assigned business groups. • Implement cross-practice people strategies and provide expertise for critical management programs. • Conduct research to determine industry benchmarks and best practices.• Serve as a key change agent and leader of culture and values.• Develop and manage internal and external company communication.• Act as a culturally attuned, highly credible voice for cultural development to executives and man• Develop and present product plans, including budgets to stakeholders. • Set and continually manage project expectations with stakeholders.• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, and presentations. • Innovate and implement successful sales practices in Latin America.• Lead Sales Teams in Latin America by strategizing and re-branding of product.• Product placement and customer retention plan strategies through acquisition/ merger.• Contract analysis and re-negotiation to serve company goals and needs.
