I am passionate about creating engaging and inclusive solutions that meet the needs of diverse learners and clients. As an instructional designer, I work with subject matter experts, project managers, and leadership to manage, design, develop, and deliver high-quality instructor-led, VILT, OJT, CBT, microlearning, hybrid courses, and training materials for the aviation industry. Using Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360 leading eLearning authoring tools, I create interactive and multimedia-rich content that enhances learner engagement and retention while ensuring that the courses comply with accessibility standards and best practices.My desire to help others and exceed expectations has allowed me to receive multiple honors, and awards for my contributions and achievements in this field, including the Person of the Year for Contributions in Accessibility Design by US Senator Bob Dole, and was named a Top 10 Digital Designer in the USA by the National Organization of Women (NOW). Previously, I worked as an instructional designer and eLearning rapid developer at Tipping Point Solutions Inc., where I supported the development of online courses for various clients, such as the US Army and the Department of Defense. I also have experience in web development, multimedia production, digital marketing, and IT management, which has allowed me to develop a comprehensive and versatile skill set. I am always eager to learn new technologies and methods to improve and deliver effective and innovative learning solutions.
