As Business Analyst, assume, analyze, communicate and validate requirements in business processes, policies and execution, as well as guaranteeing quality solutions.As the main mission, ensuring that the proposed solutions and evolutions are in line with the strategic objectives of the business, as well as being properly integrated into the map of IT solutions.Some of the functions I have performed:+ Analyze existing systems and current information, business needs and solution alternatives;+ Generate the requirement documents used as entry for project equipments;+ Advise on the use of the new solutions, in the improvement of processes and in the assistance in the tests of user acceptance.+ Leading the process of analysis of new developments and applications.+ Follow up on change management to ensure that the established plans are met;
