- Manage strategic accounts and prospecting/exploring market opportunities for regular products for different segments (coatings, adhesives, oil&gas, agribusiness, home care, personal care, fragrances, etc.).- Develop a market for new products and/or new applications.- Visit customers, identifying the products that best meet their needs, offering technical support in the development of projects.- Manage opportunity pipeline and monitor joint action plan for portfolio products.- Manage projects with the laboratory technical team and signal the main application and development needs;- Carry out technical training and presentations to customers;- Support the marketing team in evaluating possible new product lines to complement the portfolio in different segments.- Provide technical support for new developments and/or problem solving for the regions, mainly NAM and EMEA.

- Responsible for technical support and market development for customers in Latin America, Europe and USA.- Main role in the development of the solvents portfolio in the Home Care and Fragrance markets, as well as in the prospection of market opportunities, supporting the development of the business strategy.- Managing relationship with customers and distributors in the different regions, and using strong technical background to contribute with the organic growth of the business.- Daily interaction with R&I, Marketing & Commercial teams in the different regions.

- Responsible for the development of new solutions and new applications for the solvent line, mainly the sustainable solvent line (Augeo Line) in Home & Personal Care and Fragrances applications;- Responsible for Technical Support to Customers, mainly in Latin America and Europe, both for new developments and for technical problem solving.- IPE (Innovation Process Excellence) Manager: Responsible for managing the Business Unit's portfolio of innovation projects;- “Digital Champion”, responsible for digital innovation projects, carried out using agile methodology.

- Researcher at the Solvent Development & Application Laboratory, meeting the demands of customers in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia, for different solubilization markets, such as Fragrances, Home Care, Personal Care, Paints & Varnishes, Waxes, Adhesives, Agro and Oil&Gas .- “Google Champion”, acting as a facilitator in the transition from using Microsoft Office tools to GSuite Tools (Google).

- Research in the area of solvents, focusing on the development of solvent systems for the markets of Coatings, Printing Inks, Oil&Gas, Agro, among others.- Responsible for the project for an in-depth study of the Hansen Solubility Parameters, which are widely used in the prediction of the solubility behavior of polymers, resins and actives in general, and optimization of the Digital Platform for the prediction of these Hansen solubility parameters by a contribution method of group.

Internship in the Research and Innovation area focused on the development and optimization of solubilization simulation software for the Coatings, Printing Inks, Oil&Gas, Agro, among others.
