• Proficient in utilizing laboratory equipment, including FTIR, microscope, TGA, DSC, VICAT-HDT, Universal tensile machine, impact testing, haze meter, spectrocolorimeter, gloss meter, environmental chambers, melt flow.
• Perform Plastic Injection molding for ISO-ASTM test tubes and plaques in materials such as PP, PC, ABS, PMMA, PC+ABS.
• Carry out both destructive and non-destructive tests, including Chemical resistance, Corrosion, Humidity, Condensation, Burst Test, Chip Resistance, Heat aging, Thermal cycles and coating testing such as adhesion.
• Conduct torque studies for new models.
• Prepare comprehensive laboratory reports and provide feedback to the Design department.
