Provided consultative services and technical assistance for high-risk Child Protective Investigations with a focus on child fatalities and uncooperative families. Developed training for Fatality Child Protective Investigators and Special Investigators working with uncooperative families to expand investigating techniques. Interpreter Liaison for the Executive Office of Immigration Review and Lionbridge. Worked closely with the four sitting judges of the court and the senior court interpreter to ensure contract interpreters provided quality interpretation. Evaluated interpreter skills, customer service, timeliness and court deportment. Briefed and trained new interpreters and served as the local presence for Lionbridge recruiting new interpreters.
