Extending on the responsibilities from my previous role:- Detect and report the problems encountered in the testing process- Handle support escalations- Perform test plan and test cases review- Create and maintain the project test plan and project reports- Involved in the closure activities of a finalized project- Investigate customers complains and issues during the User Acceptance Testing phase- Performs and analyze the KPI report and other reports requested by the PM- Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking- Gather the status of the tasks, risks and delays and work with the PM for mitigating risks- Responsible of the on-boarding of the new team members- Distribute tasks based on skill set, seniority and experience of the team members

- Test several products in several major functional areas with full range of types of tests- Test new features in accordance with specifications- Re-test trivial to high complexity bug fixes- Run smoke test in testing instances or production after new builds or when software is released- Detect and report the problems encountered in the testing process and set correctly the priorities for all the issues reported- Run regression testing when needed on all storefront components and integrations- Write and execute test cases- Analyze specifications and documents necessary to identify test cases and report the gaps- Review the requirements specification and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback - Collaborate with development teams and offer feedback and assistance to developers when needed- Perform the various types of testing using both black and white-box testing techniques: Integration testing, Functional testing, User Acceptance Testing assistance as needed, with business clients and set correctly the priorities for all the issues reported- Raise any concerns/red flags to the PM's and QA manager of the projects where best practices or technical guidance is not respected- Provide support to new QA hires on tools and processes
