Sharing the joys of the natural world with others has always been a core value of mine. From the single-edition "Weekly Newsletter" about nature I wrote for my third grade classmates to my pursuit of a degree in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Environment, Communication, and Society, I have always made it a point to bring my love of nature to those around me.As I have furthered my education and grown into this field, I have learned the value of different natures, from the nature preserves I grew up visiting to the plants my grandma tends to on her Brooklyn fire escape. There is no one "nature," and it is essential to value all natures equally.Within the realm of my work and elsewhere, I am passionate about equitable access to the outdoors, environmental justice, LGBTQ+ rights, birding, education, and art of all kinds. I am thrilled to be able to combine these interests in my role as a Communications Associate.
