Hi there! I am an aspiring human resource manager who is passionate about human welfare and ethics both professionally in the work area and in every other imaginable aspect of life. I have strong communication skills, particularly in the workspace to motivate colleagues where necessary as well as retain customers where applicable. This is coupled with an academic background in English Language and Literary Studies.I love solving problems arising from bad communication and misinformation.During my undergraduate days, I assumed several leadership roles, including taking charge of welfare at inaugural lecture events with 300 to 350 attendees including Lecturers, Doctors, and Professors from various higher institutions of learning within the state.At the moment I am involved in reskilling and upskilling as I am on the verge of completing a course on AI career essentials with the ALX AICE program Cohort 2 and two others : Data Analytics with CourseraDiploma course in Human Resource Management on Udemy.I will be wrapping up the AICE program in a week where I have been fully grounded in work optimization using AI, time management, project management, data analysis as well as effective problem-solving strategies for today's complex problems.
