As Sales Specialist, my primary role was to guide and inspire our customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives. With a passion for gracious service, an interest in fashion, styling talent and product knowledge proficiency, I established and cultivated long term client relationships both in store and online. My most important task was to deliver the Bloomingdale’s customer experience through the art of conversation, always being welcoming, engaging and inquisitive, creating that human connection that our customers are seeking when shopping in our stores.

The job was great for fellows interested in managing bills and payments. One of the main policies implemented in a resourceful company is efficient spending. As accounts payable assistant, I was one of the first getting a feel of how efficiently the policies were being applied by taking responsibility over the following tasks:- receive and review invoices;- get approval for invoice payments;- monitor and request funds to pay approved invoices on time; - conduct investigation over questionable bills; - communicate with each department and vendor about current and future bills;- create expense reports to reflect company's spendings;- reconcile bank statements and credit cards;
